We do our utmost to provide you with the best possible care during your pregnancy.
If, at any point during your pregnancy care journey with the midwife, gynecologist, sonographer, or version specialist, you are not satisfied with the care we have provided, we recommend that you first contact the relevant practice.  Click here for the Echopunt contact details. There may be a misunderstanding that can be resolved through a conversation.

Would you like information about how to raise your complaint? Do you need advice on this or assistance in formulating or discussing your complaint? Would you like mediation to reach a solution? You can turn to the independent complaints officer, who can be reached via the website   'Erisietsmisgegaan'

If it has not been possible to resolve the complaint between the parties, you may also submit the dispute to the Dispute Resolution Body. This independent body is officially recognized by the Ministry of Health, Welfare, and Sport (VWS) and meets all legal requirements. Contact with the dispute resolution body is facilitated through Erisietsmisgegaan.

Our healthcare providers are also individually affiliated with a Complaints Committee and the Dispute Resolution Body.
